The Lynus Dashboard is the central interface for both end-users and internal teams, serving as the primary tool for managing and monitoring solar energy systems. The old dashboard had become extremely difficult to use due to years of technical debt, fragmented use cases, and legacy features. I led a complete redesign to resolve major UX issues and support both simplicity and flexibility.
The redesign required extensive planning to understand the wide range of workflows across stakeholders. Through deep-dive sessions with different departments, we mapped out requirements and defined priorities. We combined product usage analytics with qualitative input to confidently declutter the dashboard while preserving high-impact functionality.
The redesigned dashboard transformed how users and internal teams interact with Lynus systems. The improved UX led to fewer user errors, clearer information architecture made it easier to navigate complex systems, and support cases were reduced significantly. We successfully packaged all necessary features into an intuitive and responsive web app and mobile application (iOS and Android), delivering functionality without overwhelming the user.
